Write down one practice you will intentionally return to this week. Share it with the group if you feel comfortable.
Jesus, thank You for loving us enough to speak truth to us. Forgive us for the ways we have traded delight for duty, passion for performance, and intimacy for routine. Help us remember. Help us repent. Help us return. Rekindle our love for You and draw us near again. May our lives and our church be marked not merely by activity but by genuine affection for Christ.
Amen.
The greatest danger is not always abandoning Jesus. Sometimes it is continuing to do all the right things while slowly drifting away from loving Him. Jesus does not simply call us to work for Him. He calls us back to Himself.
