NextGen

Developing leaders who help the next generation reframe life in the image of Christ.

Why This Matters

Growing in This Area of Life

Leading generations requires more than great programs. It requires faithful adults who know Jesus, understand the people they serve, and intentionally invest in the faith and development of others.

The next generation needs adults who consistently show up, model an authentic faith, create space for questions, build meaningful relationships, and help them learn to follow Jesus in everyday life. Developing those kinds of leaders is essential to developing the next generation.

NextGen brings Preschool, KidMin, and Student Ministry together around one shared vision: leading generations to reframe life in the image of Christ.

We are intentionally forming Identity, Formation, Relationships, Wisdom, Adversity, and Mission in the lives of children and students—and developing leaders who can help that formation happen at every phase.

This is a place to grow as a leader, understand our shared ministry philosophy, and find training and tools that help you invest faithfully in the next generation.

People before programs. Faithfulness over perfection. Every moment can point to Jesus.

Reframing Perspective

NextGen ministry isn't simply about developing better programs for children and students. We develop people who develop people—leaders who faithfully invest in others and help the next generation become lifelong followers of Jesus.
