Students

Equipping leaders to show up, build meaningful relationships, and help students develop a faith that becomes their own.

Why This Matters

Growing in This Area of Life

The teenage years are a formative season when students are asking important questions about identity, faith, relationships, purpose, and the kind of person they are becoming.

Student Ministry helps students develop a faith that becomes their own—rooted in Jesus, formed through Scripture and spiritual practices, strengthened through meaningful relationships, and lived out in the real questions, decisions, challenges, and opportunities of everyday life.

Helping Students Follow Jesus in Real Life

Middle and high school are filled with questions, changing relationships, growing independence, and important decisions. Student Ministry creates a place where students can be known, ask honest questions, encounter God’s Word, and discover what following Jesus looks like in everyday life.

As a Student Ministry leader, your greatest contribution isn’t having all the answers. It’s faithfully showing up. Learn their stories. Listen well. Create space for questions. Model an authentic life with Jesus. Walk with students through both ordinary moments and difficult seasons.

People before programs. Faithfulness over perfection. Every moment can point to Jesus.

Reframing Perspective

We aren't simply preparing students to follow Jesus someday. They can know Him, practice their faith, make wise decisions, navigate difficult seasons, build Christ-centered relationships, and participate in God's mission right now.
