Leading Ministry is a journey from leading yourself to leading others for the sake of Christ’s mission. Residents begin by allowing God to shape their own character, learn to steward the responsibilities entrusted to them with wisdom and discernment, grow in authentic relationships through healthy communication, intentionally develop other leaders, and ultimately gather God’s people around a shared mission through purposeful leadership. At every stage, the emphasis remains the same: Christian leadership is not about building personal influence but about faithfully participating in the ongoing work of Christ by serving His Church with humility, wisdom, courage, and genuine love.
